苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度的逆转作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)的影响。方法将66例原发性高血压患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组常规使用利尿剂和卡托普利治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服苯磺酸氨氯地平5 mg,1次/d,均治疗8周,比较2组颈动脉IMT、血压、心率、空腹血糖及TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C的变化。结果治疗后试验组颈动脉IMT、收缩压及舒张压水平均显著降低,与治疗前及对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。血脂各指标、血糖、心率2组间无显著性差异。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平具有良好的降压作用,同时对原发性高血压患者颈动脉IMT增加具有逆转作用。 Objective It is to explore the effect of Arnlodipine Besylate on intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery in patients with primary hypertension. Methods 66 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group was normally treated with diuretics and Captopril, and the treatment group was added with Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg once a day. Both the treatment course were 8 weeks. The changes of IMT of carotid artery, blood pressure, heart rate, fasting plasma glucose, TG, TC, HI)L- C and LDL- C between the two groups were compared. Results The levels of IMT of carotid artery, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure obviously rose down in experiment group. Compared with that before treatment and in control group, the differences were significant (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in indexes of blood fat, blood sugar and heart rate between the two groups. Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate has a good anti-hypertension function, and has a reverse effect on IMT of carotid artery in patients with primary hypertension.
