痹痛消膏治疗急性软组织损伤

The treatment of Bitongxiao ointment for treatment of acute soft tissue injury

目的比较研究痹痛消膏和扶他林乳胶剂治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法90例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予痹痛消膏和扶他林乳胶剂治疗1周。治疗前后分别记录患者损伤程度的积分。结果痹痛消膏能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征,其疼痛改善情况与扶他林相仿,肿胀、压痛、功能障碍等症状消失方面,痹痛消膏明显优于扶他林,而总有效率痹痛消膏组与扶他林组无明显差异。结论痹痛消膏治疗急性软组织损伤疗效显著,是一种较好的治疗软组织损伤的外用药。

Objective To compare and research the clinical effect of Bitongxiao ointment and Votalin emulsion in curing acute soft tissue injury. Methods In 90 cases, the acute soft tissue injury patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group, respectively given Bitongxiao ointment and Votalin emulsion for one week. the integral of injury extent on patients are recorded respectively pre and post treatment. Results Bitongxiao ointment could improve the clinical symptoms and signs significantly. Its improvement for pain was the same as Votalin. But Bitongxiao ointment was better than Votalin significantly in eliminating the swollen, tenderness and dysfunction. And there was no obvious difference between Bitongxiao ointment and Votalin emulsion in total effective rate. Conclusion Bitongxiao ointment is effective for treatment of acute soft tissue injury.
