妊娠糖尿病发病率及危险因素分析

The incidence and risk factors analysis of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的：了解徐州市妊娠糖尿病（GDM）发病率和危险因素。方法：随机选择2006～2007年徐州市4所三级医院产科就诊的孕妇进行调查，以中华医学会围产医学分会推荐的标准诊断GDM。结果：随机选择产前就诊的孕妇720例，GDM发病率为8．3％，单因素Logistic回归分析危险因素有：年龄≥25岁（OR：2．550，95％CI：1．067～6．094）、职业为农民（OR：6．869，95％CI：1．960～24．071）、文化程度（OR：0．717，95％CI：0．533～0．963）、经济收入（OR：0．712，95％CI：0．561～0．905）和体重（OR：1．036，95％CI：1．010～1．063）。多因素Logistic回归分析发现年龄≥25岁（OR：2．819，95％CI：1．129～7．038）、经济收入（OR：0．754，95％CI：0．571～0．996）和孕妇体重（OR：1．045，95％CI：1．015～1．075）仍是GDM的危险因素，结论：徐州市GDM发病率为8．3％，孕妇年龄≥25岁、低经济收入和高体重是GDM的危险因素。

Objective： To explore the incidence and risk factors analysis of gestational diabetes melUtus （GDM） . Methods： From 2006 to 2007, a random investigation and test was conducted within 4 hospitals by the recommended criterion of Chinese medical society. Results： A total of 720 pregnant women were investigated. The incidence of GDM was 8. 3%. The predictors for a positive GDM by single-factor Logistic regression were： more than 25 years old （OR： 2. 550, 95%CI： 1. 067～6. 094）, farmers （OR： 6. 869, 95% CI： 1. 960～24. 071）, education（OR： O. 717, 95%CI： O. 533～0. 963）, income（OR： 0. 712,95.%CI： O. 561～0. 905） and pregnancy weight （OR： 1. 036, 95%CI： 1. 010～1. 063）. By multi -factors Logistic regression analysis, more than 25 years old （OR： 2. 819, 95%CI： 1. 129～7. 038）, income （OR： O. 754, 95%CI： O. 571～0. 996） and weight （OR： 1. 045, 95%CI： 1. 015～1. 075） were still the risk factors of GDM. The incidence of GDM in Xuzhou was 8. 3%. Conclusion： More than 25 years old, low income and high weight of the pregnant are the risk factors of GDM.
