卵巢单纯囊肿介入硬化治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of hardening interventional therapy of simple ovarian cysts

目的:评价CT引导下卵巢单纯囊肿介入硬化治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析47例经CT引导下介入硬化治疗卵巢单纯囊肿的入路选择及治疗效果。结果:47例卵巢单纯囊肿CT经前入路硬化治疗35例,经后入路硬化治疗12例,总有效率100%,治愈率97.87%,未发生副损伤,随访观察未发生并发症。结论:CT引导下卵巢单纯囊肿的介入治疗是有效的、微创的,根据卵巢囊肿的部位形态来选择入路方式有利于提高治愈率,避免副损伤的发生。

Objective： To evaluate the treatment effectiveness of CT guidance hardening interventional therapy of simple ovarian cysts. Methods： 47 case with simple ovarian cysts were undergone the CT guidance interventional therapy, the approach - selecting and treatment effectiveness were reviewed. Results： Of all 47 case with simple ovarian cysts, 35 were hardening to treat through anterior approach. 12 were hardening to treat through posticus approach. The total effective rate reached 100% , cure rate reached 97. 87%, in which had not been during following observation. Conclusion： Under the CT guidance hardening interventional therapy of simple ovarian cysts is effective, micro- injured, to select approach according to the position and shape of ovarian cysts is beneficial to raise the recovery rate, and to avoid the side reaction.
