大白菜软腐病抗性的分子标记筛选 被引量:7

摘要 本试验以抗、感软腐病的大白菜材料为亲本,以其F2代分离群体为试材,采用AFLP分析技术结合BSA分组法,以E2M3引物组合筛选出一个150 bp的与感病基因连锁的标记;利用获得的分子标记对F2代分离群体进行了分子鉴定。结果表明:分子标记与抗性鉴定结果具有很高的一致性,证实了所筛选出的标记基因应用于抗性鉴定的可行性。 The F2 segregating population of susceptible material 1042 and resistant one 683 were used as experiment materials. By AFLP combined with bulked segregation analysis (BSA), one AFLP molecular marker of 150 bp linked to soft rot susceptible gene was screened with E2M3 primer combination, which stably existed in each individual of the F2 population. The results indicated that the AFLP molecular marker was a rapid and simple DNA method for the resistance screening of Chinese cabbage soft rot.
