摘要
高校教师评价是高等教育评价的核心内容之一,高校教师评价对教师个人成长与发展、对学校与教师的管理等都有着重要作用。在具体工作中,梳理教师评价研究的几个历史阶段,对比分析中西方高校教师评价研究之异同,并就高校教师评价研究趋势提出展望,对于构建科学的高校教师评价体制有着积极的理论指导意义。
Teacher evaluation in colleges and universities is one of the key contents of higher education evaluation. Teacher evaluation in colleges and universities is of great help for the teaehex' s personal development as well as for the management. This article introduces the four stages of the research of teacher evaluation and analyzes the similarities and differences of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities between China and the West. And it also shows some prospects of the research of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities. Commenting on the research of teacher evaluation in colleges and universities in detail will be of great significance to the construction of scientific system of teacher evaluation.
