摘要
随着日本公务员人事考核制度的深化,日本学校教师的人事考核制度也在逐渐地展开。教师评价包括工作态度、工作成绩、完成任务能力、工作效果等方面。评价的目的是为了促进教师能力的提高和学校整体教学活动效果的提高。这一制度的实施也引发了日本教育界对一些问题的争论和探讨。
The evaluation system for educational personnel had gradually been developing along with the deepening of the performance evaluation system for public officers in Japan. The teacher assessments are inclusive of their attitude, achievements, task completion capabilities, results and other aspects of their work. The objectives of the evaluations are to spur on the enhancement of teacher abilities as well as improve the results of all the educational activities at the schools. The implementation of this system has also given rise to debate and discussions of these problems from the educational field in Japan.
