网络环境下图书馆信息伦理探析

Library Information Ethics in Network Environment

与传统图书馆伦理相比,网络环境下图书馆信息伦理的内涵和特点均有了很大变化。在读者歧视、隐私权、知识产权、馆员滥用信息权力和信息服务的社会责任方面往往会产生很多问题。为了有效地防止这些失范信息行为的发生,使网络环境下的图书馆能够更健康、更稳定地发展,我们必须积极采取对策解决网络环境下图书馆的信息伦理问题。

In reference to traditional library ethics, the meaning of information ethics for librarians and users in the network environment has changed a great deal. The paper summarizes the main problem of information ethics about library in China under the network environment, which from the social responsibilities of discrimination against readers, readers＇ privacy and information service. In order to avoid these behaviors, we must take some measures to deal with ethical issues in digital libraries.
