颗粒酶B在病毒性心肌炎发病机制中作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(cytotoxic T lymphocyte,CTL)介导的细胞毒性作用被认为是病毒性心肌炎(viral myocarditis,VMC)中心肌细胞损伤的主要机制之一。CTL通过穿孔素/颗粒酶介导的细胞毒途径、Fas/FasL诱导的细胞凋亡途径及细胞因子介导途径发挥杀伤作用,其中穿孔素/颗粒酶介导的细胞毒途径是CTL识别和清除病毒感染细胞的主要途径。尽管穿孔素能损伤细胞膜致细胞溶解,
