新型絮凝剂PTAS对分散大红废水的脱色研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文用聚硅硫酸钛(PTAS)处理分散大红配制废水。试验发现,在废水pH为6.87~13.00,絮凝剂投加量为10mg·L-1(以金属离子含量计)时,絮凝剂对分散大红的脱色率为83.1%。对絮凝所形成的絮体形貌进行显微观测,发现网捕卷扫和吸附架桥对絮凝脱色处理分散大红起着重要作用。对分散大红和絮凝处理后的絮体进行红外观测,发现絮凝剂与染料分子的某些基团有络合吸附作用,且发现羟基基团峰强有较大增加,说明絮凝剂对废水中的胶体颗粒可能有网捕卷扫作用。对分散大红废水及絮凝处理后的分散大红水样进行紫外连续扫描,发现染料分子中有机基团波峰偏移,初步验证了络合吸附也是絮凝剂对分散大红脱色的主要机理之一。 PTAS was used to treat disperse red printing wastewater. The results of flocculation jar test showed that the color remove rate is 83.1%,the remove rate of COD is 51.4% when the pH value is 6.87- 13.00 and the dosage of flocculant is 10 mg· L^-1.The flocs image was observed by biologic microscope. The results demonstrated that arching and enmeshing-sweeping has great effect on the treatment result. The pure sample of disperse red and the flocs were studied by FTIR. The result indicated that some groups of disperse red has complex reacts with the PTAS and confirms the enmeshing-sweeping effect of PTAS. Compared disperse red water sample with the disposed water, the result confirmed that adsorption and complexion are the main factors ofdecolor the disperse red printing water.
