摘要
铁厂废酸处理中pH中和反应是一个具有滞后和严重非线性的过程,一般的线性控制器无法对它进行控制。本文采用分层优化的非线性系统预测控制算法来解决这一难题,对系统硬件配置和参数做出了具体说明,并给出了仿真结果。
The pH titration curve around the neutral region in steel factory dealing with waste acid water is extremely sensitive, and its non-linear logarithmic nature cannot be controlled with normal linear controller,A gradually imminent non-linear system predictive algorithm was used to resolve this problem. The hardware configuration and its parameters were described concretely in paper as well as the results of simulation.
