摘要
根据粘胶长丝生产过程产生废水的特点,采用混合后酸性沉淀+生物处理的工艺对废水进行处理。工程运行结果表明,酸、碱废水混合后纤维素大量析出,经过生化阶段后COD、BOD5去除率均在85%以上,尾水水质满足国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准要求。
According to the characteristics of the viscose fiber wastewater, the process ofacidolysis and biological treatment were adopted in this project. It was showed that most fiber was acidolysisad and separated out after the mixture. The removal rate of COD and BOD5 was more than 85%. The effluent met the requirement of Grades I of the National Wastewater Discharge Standard （GB8978-1996）.
