Discussion on the Construction of the "Service-oriented Government"

近年来,伴随着各方面改革的深化,我国政府管理模式正在向服务型政府模式转化,全国各地政府也纷纷开展了一场旨在建立"服务型政府"的行政改革运动。理论界对于服务型政府的探讨也在继续拓展,探讨服务型政府的概念、特征、意义和构建途径,有利于推动构建服务型政府的进程。

In recent years, with the deepening of reforming in all areas, the management pattern of Chinese government is changing to the service-oriented model. Governments in different areas all over the cotmtry all begin to latmch a reforming campaign which aims to set up a “ service-oriented government”. Theorists keep on the discussion on “service-oriented government”. This essay elaborates the concept, characteristic, significance and the way of construction of the “service-oriented government” in reference of several scholars＇ studies.
