摘要
教育制度创新作为一个动态的整体系统,存在着一些不可或缺的动力学特征,这些特征生动地表明了教育制度创新具有特定的历史性、相关性和必然性。研究和把握教育制度创新的动力学特征具有战略性的方法论意义,从而使我们能够系统地运用制度经济学原理分析中国的改革和发展。
As a dynamic integrated system, educational system innovation has some indispensable dynamics characteristics. These charac-teristics have indicated vividly educational system innovation have particular history, relevance and certainty. Studying and holding the dynamics characteristic of system innovason of education has strategic methodology meanings. Thus it enables us to analyze reform and development of China with the original system principle of economics systematically.
