摘要
目的:了解肥厚性瘢痕胶原代谢规律,探讨肥厚性瘢痕形成的部分机理。方法:人类肥厚性瘢痕移植裸鼠9例,正常皮肤移植裸鼠9例,移植物内注射3H-脯氨酸,于7、10、14天取标本。结果:正常皮肤组织胶原合成量与胶原降解量均较少。肥厚性瘢痕组织胶原合成量比正常皮肤多5倍,胶原降解量仅略有增加。结论:正常皮肤组织胶原合成与胶原降解均缓慢。肥厚性瘢痕组织的胶原合成代谢较正常皮肤增快,降解代谢略增快。
Objective: To understand the pattern of the metabolism of collagen in hypertrophic scar (HS) and evaluate mechanism of HS formation. Methods: 9 pieces of HS from patients were implanted into 9 nude mice, and normal human skins were implanted into 9 nude mice. Every implant was injected with ~3H-proline. After insertion for 7, 10, 14 days, samples were taken. Results: The content of collagenic synthesis and degradation were very slow in normal skin. The content of collagenie synthesis in HS was 5 times over the normal skin but the degradation was a little increase. Conclusion: Both the anabolism and catabolism of collagen are slow in normal skin. The anabolism of collagen in HS is much faster than that of normal skin but the catabolism accelerates just a little.
