摘要
苏只水电站1号机蜗壳顶板第1层混凝土在浇筑过程中,由于模板支撑结构失稳,致使已经浇筑混凝土发生严重下沉变形,而导致局部混凝土出现贯穿性裂缝;裂缝表面最大宽度2.0mm左右,沿顺水流方向长达20多m。用三维接触非线性有限元分析裂缝对蜗壳顶板稳定的影响,并根据裂缝分布提出加固措施。
Local penetration cracks in concrete occurred due to serious settlement and deformation of placed concrete resulted from un - stabilization of formwork support during placing the first layer of concrete for the spiral case head cover of the Suzhi hydropower project Unit 1. The maximum width of crack surface is about 2.0 ram, over 20 m long in the direction of flow. The influence of cracks on the stability of the spiral case head cover is analyzed using 3 - D contact nonlinear limit element, and strengthening measures are put forward based on cracks distribution.
