厂房锥管二期改为一期施工方案及实施

Change of 2nd stage concrete of powerhouse cone tube to 1st stage concrete and implementation

苏只水电站厂房施工中,在确保施工质量的前提下为加快施工进度,锥管段混凝土由二期改为一期混凝土的施工方案。从安装方面阐述锥管钢衬的拼装、安装、加固及焊接;从土建施工方面阐述锥管混凝土浇筑方案的确定及施工过程控制,详细介绍锥管段混凝土由二期改为一期的施工特点、施工布置、施工程序和方法。金结安装与土建施工相互协调同时进行,既保证了锥管钢里衬的安装精度,又缩短了工期,节省了投资。施工质量和进度都取得了良好的效果,为苏只水电站首台机组早日发电争取了时间。

In order to speed up construction schedule provided that construction quality is guaranteed, the 2nd stage concrete of the cone tube is changed to 1 st stage concrete during powerhouse construction of Suzhi hydropower project. This paper presents the assembling, installation, strengthening and welding of cone tube steel linings, and the determination of alternatives for cone tube concreting and the construction process control; describes in detail the construction characteristics, construction arrangement, procedures and methods when the 2nd stage concrete was changed to 1 st stage concrete. The installation of metal structures is implemented in coordination with civil works, which ensures the installation accuracy of cone tube linings and shortens construction time and sauce investment as well. Both the construction quality and schedule have got good results, which provide time for commissioning of the first unit of Suzhi HPP in advance.
