摘要
黄河苏只水电站为河床式低水头电站。在可行性研究阶段施工导流、对外交通和总布置根据坝址区地形条件、导流特点和枢纽布置等因素,按照规范进行设计。但在招标设计阶段本着为业主服务和节约投资的原则,适时优化了对外交通设计和总布置设计等要素,不仅极大地方便了施工,还节约了占地,降低了工程造价。
The Suzhi hydropower station on the Yellow River is a low head run -of- river project. At the feasibility study stage, construction diversion, external transport and overall arrangement are designed according to relative standards and based on the topographic conditions in the dam site area, the diversion features and project structure layout. But at the tender design stage, external transport and overall arrangement are optimized in the principle of serving the Employer and saving investment, which extremely facilitate construction, save land and reduce project cost.
