摘要
黄河苏只水电站右岸堆石坝为复合土工膜防渗堆石坝。左右坝肩、坝基主要是厚10~28m的砂卵砾石和含漂石砂砾石层。坝肩及基础防渗处理工程量大、施工期短,并且与坝体Ⅰ期填筑施工同时进行,是保证坝体Ⅰ期填筑施工的重要控制项目,是实现2005年内苏只首台机组投产发电节点目标的关键项目。由于该工程YKC防渗墙施工组织合理、采用先进的技术,保证了苏只水电站建设从主体工程开工到第1台机组发电,仅用了短短的25个月的时间,创下了中型水电站建设的新纪录。
The fight bank roekfill dam of Suzhi hydropower project is provided with composite geomembrane for seepage control. The left & right abutments and dam foundation are mainly composed of layers of about 10 - 28 m thick sandy gravels and erratic boulders. In view of large treatment works for seepage control of abutments and foundation, and short construction period, plus constructing Simultaneously 'with Phase I dam filling, it is the critical scheme to ensure the Phase I dam filling and realize the commissioning of the first unit in 2005. Due to reasonable organization of YKC cutoff wall construction and application of advanced technologies, it takes only 25 months from the start of main civil works to the commissioning of the first unit for the Suzhi HPP, setting a new record for constructing middle -sized hydropower stations.
