摘要
传统移相全桥ZVS DC/DC变换器的滞后桥臂在轻载情况下很难实现ZVS,而通过添加辅助谐振电路可使滞后桥臂在轻载直至空载时也能实现ZVS。同时,为了改善电源的动态响应,对带辅助谐振支路的移相全桥ZVS DC/DC变换器主电路进行了基于空间状态平均法的动态小信号建模分析,得出了其传递函数。在Matlab/Simulink环境下,对整个电源闭环控制系统进行了仿真分析,并给出了实验结果。为电压闭环的工程设计提供了指导。
This paper introduces a new phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switching converter with auxiliary resonant branch,it can solve the problem that the lagging leg achieve ZVS difficuhly.The auxiliary, resonant branch placed on the lagging leg can help the lagging leg to achieve ZVS.In order to improve dynamic respond of switch mode power supply, small-signal analysis was applied on the phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switching converter with auxiliary resonant branch,and the transfer function was educed.Based on the analysis,the closed-loop control of the switch mode power supply system simulation analysis in the Matlab/Simulink were done and experimental result was given,which provides the engineering guidance for closed-loop voltage design.
