摘要
介绍一种辅助谐振变换极(Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole,简称ARCP)软开关电路,分析了其工作原理和工作过程。以应用于某大功率装置主功率模块系统中的ARCP软开关电路为研究对象,指出该电路只能对某一个固定电流点实现完全谐振,而对于实际电路不能实现全程谐振。针对这一缺陷,在分析过谐振和欠谐振产生原因的基础上,提出一种优化谐振电感方法,该方法能有效扩大谐振范围,实现软开关。实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和实用性。
An Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole (ARCP) circuit is introduced,and its working principle and process are analyzed.With the studying of this ARCP circuit,which was used in a main power module of a high-power device,the paper point out a disadvantage of the circuit,that is the circuit can work only in one point by the model of soft switching, but can't realize soft switching in every point.Based on the analysis of over resonance and under resonance,a new method is presented to optimize the resonant inductance.This method can efficiently extend the resonant range. Experiment results show that the design method is correct and practical.
