摘要
为探讨高温所致免疫功能改变机制,本研究通过不同水平锌对热应激大鼠免疫学指标白细胞介素2(IL-2)和血液白细胞(WBC)凋亡的影响进行了研究。结果表明:适当补锌可以促进脾脏淋巴细胞IL-2的生成,而低锌则使其生成减少;适当补锌可以防止血液WBC凋亡,而低锌则可促进WBC凋亡。结论:锌对WBC凋亡的影响可能是高温影响机体免疫功能的重要机制之一。
In order to explore the mechanism of the change of immune function resulting from hyperthermia, interleukin2(IL2)and WBC apoptosis were tested in heatstressed rats fed different level zinc diets. The experiments revealed the following findings: 1.Adequate supplementary zinc could promote the production of IL2 in spleen lymphocyte and low zinc could reduce the production in it. 2.Adequate supplementary zinc could prevent WBC from apoptosis while low zinc could accelerate WBC apoptosis. Authors suggested that the effect of zinc on WBC apoptosis might be one of the important mechanisms of body immune function influenced by hyperthermia.
