枸杞及其多糖对家兔血脂的影响

EEFECT OF LYCIUM BARBARUM L.AND ITS POLYSACCHARIDES ON DECREASING SERUM LIPIDS IN RABBITS

采用萃取、离子交换层析、凝胶层析等方法，从枸杞中分离得到了粗品枸杞多糖及其纯化组分枸杞多糖－Ｘ。将枸杞、枸杞多糖及其枸杞多糖－Ｘ三者对实验性家兔高脂血症进行降血脂试验（开放型单向质反应序贯试验），探讨枸杞及其多糖降血脂的作用。试验结果表明，枸杞及其多糖对实验性高脂血症兔的血脂均有明显影响，能显著降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯含量，降脂有效率达１００％。

Crude and purified LBP were obtained from lycium barbarum L.by extraction,ionexchange,cellulose and gel chromatography.Lycium barbarum L,LBP and LBPX were used to study thier effects on decreasing serum lipids in hyperlipidemia rabbits(opened type unidirectional qualitive reaction in sequential trials).The results showed that the effect of lycium barbarum L and its polysaccharides on decreasing serum lipids in alloxaninduced hyperlipidemia rabbits was remarkable.All of them reduced the content of total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum.The effective rate of decreasing serum lipids was 100%.
