Party Harmony Promoting Social Harmony:the Fundamental Path to Build a Socialist Harmonious Society

"党内和谐"是在和谐社会概念框架下提出来的崭新概念,在理解时要注意把握两个方面的问题:党内和谐不同于党内团结统一;党内和谐不排斥党内矛盾。我们需要通过以下途径来构建党内和谐:第一,加强马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,强化共同理想;第二,发展党内民主,促进党内团结;第三,加强党员关怀,增强党组织的凝聚力;第四,加强党风廉政建设,树立党的良好形象。

＂ Party Harmony＂ is a brand-new concept brought up in the conception frame of Harmonious Society. The concept must be ascertained in the following two ways： Party Harmony is different from Party Solidarity and Unity; Party Harmony does not exclude Party Contradiction. To build Party Harmony, the following approaches must be adopted： 1 ） to strengthen common ideals and the guiding position of Marxism in ideological areas; 2） to promote Party democracy and solidarity; 3） to give more concern for party members and to reinforce party cohesion ; 4） to enhance the incorruptible style of the Party and the Government and to establish a good image of the Party.
