锡类散联合思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻临床观察

Clinical study of xileisan and simida in the treatment of infant rotavirs diarrbea

目的:观察锡类散联合思密达治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法:120例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,在纠正脱水及电解质紊乱,抗病毒治疗的基础上,治疗组予以锡类散联合思密达保留灌肠,每日2次,进行观察比较。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组经统计学处理有非常显著性差异。

Objective： To observe the effectof retention-enema with Xileisan and Simida to cure infantrotavirus diarrhea.Methods：120 children patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Based on the correcting dehydration and electrolyte disturbance and antiviral therapy,the therapy group was treated by retention-enema with Xileisan and Simida,twice a day,observed and compared the clinical effects.Result：The effect of the therapy group is much better than the control group.Through the statistical analysis,there is a remarkable contrast between the two groups.
