摘要
根据丹七片的制剂质量标准[1-4]对其进行了剂型改革和最佳工艺条件的研究,通过正交试验考察了煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水量等关键因素对丹参水煮出膏率的影响。经过直观分析和方差分析得出了最佳丹参水煎煮的工艺条件。
According to the preparation quality standard of Dangqi tablet,the type of preparation is reformed for it and the best process condition is studied.The influence from the key factor such as decoction frequency,decoction time and volume of water addition,etc.to the paste rate of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction are investigated through orthogonal experiment.The best process condition of decoction of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction is obtained after the visual analysis and variace analysis.
