清热祛风胶囊质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of QingrequfengCapsule

目的：建立清热祛风胶囊的质量标准。方法：用薄层色谱法对处方中的冰片、黄连、青黛进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量。结果：用TLC法能检出冰片、黄连、青黛;栀子苷进样量在250.8-752.4ng范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.9998）;平均回收率分别为99.04%,RSD=1.03%（n=6）。结论：所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,能有效控制清热镇惊胶囊胶囊的质量。

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Qingrequfeng capsules.Methods：Borneol,Rhizoma Coptidis and Indigo Naturalis were identified by TLC,and the content of gardenoside was determined by HPLC.Results：Borneol,Rhizoma Coptidis and Indigo Naturalis could be identified by TLC.The determination of gardenoside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 250.8～752.4ng（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 99.04% with RSD of 1.03%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Qingrequfeng capsules.
