浅析人力资源信息系统对企业人力资源角色转变的影响 被引量:5

摘要 未来人力资源发展的重要趋势之一就是基于网络的人力资源信息系统HRIS的发展。随着人力资源的逐步电子化,HRIS可以为企业人力资源角色带来什么改变?其系统职能全面实现后,人力资源从业者应何去何从?本文首先分析HRIS存在的明显优势,在此基础上,探讨HRIS对人力资源专业人士、管理者与普通员工的影响,由此引出HRIS对人力资源未来发展方向转变的影响,并提出相应的建议。
