灰色关联法研究铝材电化学木纹处理工艺

摘要 采用赫尔槽试验法,考察了电解工艺参数对铝材电化学木纹处理效果的影响,并运用灰色关联分析法计算了各工艺参数与赫尔槽试验最后得分的灰色关联系数。结果表明,在不同的分辨系数下,可得到一致结果,各工艺参数对铝材电化学木纹处理效果影响的相对大小顺序恒为:电流密度>磷酸二氢钠的浓度>时间>稳定剂的浓度>碳酸钠的浓度。因此,在实际研究和生产过程中需严格控制电流密度及磷酸二氢钠的浓度。 The effects of technological parameters of electrolytic treatment on the electrochemical graining of aluminum were examined by Hull cell test. Grey relational coefficients between the parameters and experimental scores of Hull cell test were calculated by grey relational analysis. The results indicated that the analytical results were consistent under different distinguishing coefficients, and the relative effects of various process parameters on the electrochemical graining of aluminum were invariantly in the following descending order: current density, concentration of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, treatment time, concentration of stabilizer, and concentration of sodium carbonate. Therefore, the current density and concentration of sodium dihydrogen phosphate should be controlled strictly in experimental study and production.
