摘要
开发了一种可低温固化的环保型阴极电泳涂料。介绍了乳液合成配方及其合成工艺。讨论了涂料组分对漆膜性能的影响。盐雾试验、热损失及泳透力试验表明,新合成的电泳涂料其耐盐雾时间达1000h以上,加热减量4%~6%,福特盒泳透力达22cm以上,四枚盒泳透力在35%~45%。所得漆膜具有如下性能:厚度20~25μm,硬度≥1H,附着力100/100,柔韧性≤1mm,冲击强度50kg·cm,光泽(60°)60~80°。
An environment-friendly cathodic electrophoretic coating curable at low temperature was developed. The formula and preparation process of the latex was introduced. The effects of coatings' components on film's performance were discussed. Test results for the developed coating showed over 1 000 h NSST, heating loss of 4%-6%, and throwing power up to more than 22 cm by Ford Box Method and 35%-45% by Box Method, respectively. The coating has the following properties: thickness 20-25 μm, hardness not less than 1H, adhesion 100/100, flexibility less than 1 mm, impact strength 50 kg.cm, and luster (60°) 60-80°.
