摘要
介绍了一种新型PWM控制集成电路(Integrated Circuit,简称IC)——ISL6752,基于该控制IC设计了倍流同步整流ZVS全桥DC/DC变换器系统。通过一台频率100kHz,输出10V/20A的原理样机验证了理论设计的准确性。实验结果表明,DC/DC变换器系统的初级侧和次级侧MOS管均实现了ZVS软开关,并且次级侧实现了同步整流,进一步减小了开关损耗和整流损耗,提高了变换器效率。整个系统表明ISL6752具有优越的控制性能和较强的实用价值。
A new type of PWM controller IC ISL6752 was introduced, and a current-doubler-synchronous-rectifier ZVS fullbridge DC-DC converter based on ISL6752 was designed.A 100 kHz, 10 V/20 A prototype converter was realized to verify the feasibility of the proposed converter system.The experimental results indicate that both main MOSFETs and synchronous MOSFETs in the prototype converter are easily realized ZVS soft switching,and the losses are reduced significantly.Thus the ISL6752 has preferable performance and practicality.
