永磁同步电机伺服系统电流环的研究 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)矢量控制的原理和伺服系统的硬件结构。为构成高性能的伺服系统,设计了电流环调节器并选择合适的参数。针对电机电枢反电势使电机在高转速时出现电流环性能变差的问题,在PWM调制器中采用过调制技术,使得实际电流能准确快速跟踪给定电流。实验和仿真结果表明,电流环性能较好,经过补偿后的系统稳定。所采取的过调制技术能有效地抑制反电势的影响,改善并提高电流环的性能,为实现高性能永磁同步伺服系统奠定了基础。 The principle of the vector control for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) and servo system were presented.For constituting high performance servo system,the current control loop and the right parameter was designed. The over modulation in PWM was imported to improve the performance of current control loop affected by EMF when the speed of motor was high, insured the feedback current following the reference current exactly and fast.The simulative and ex-perimental results show that the performance of current control loop is preferably,and the system can be assuringly stablilzed after compensation.The over modulation can restrain the EMF effectively,and improve the performance of current control loop,which provide a basis for realizing high performance permanent magnet synchronous servo system.
