摘要
永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)以其高效率、高功率因数等优点,在工业领域得到了广泛的应用。以PMSM为控制对象,详细分析了矢量控制原理和直接转矩控制原理,并且利用DSPTMS320F2812,分别针对PMSM的矢量控制和直接转矩控制进行了实验系统的验证。实验结果表明,PMSM的矢量控制响应平滑,具有与直接转矩控制同样迅速的响应,但直接转矩控制的转矩和磁链脉动明显。
Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) have been widely used in the industrial fields because of its high efficiency and high power ratio.The principles of vector control and direct torque control were analyzed for PMSM and experimental systems of the two control methods were also realized using the digital signal processors (DSP) TMS320F2812.The experimental results verify that vector control method makes motors have the response as fast as direct torque control method, and direct torque control method has the disadvantages of large torque and flux ripples.
