摘要
大学图书馆交往服务是基于图书馆2.0的、面向未来的全新读者服务理念与方式的建构。它明确了图书馆员和读者均为交往的主体,强调了主体之间交往的交互性和互惠性,突出了交往行为的常规化与生活化。
University library interaction service is based on the Library 2.0,and constructed by future-oriented readers' new service both in idea and mode. It defines the librarians and readers are agents of interaction and emphasizes the mutual benefit between them. Communicative action will become a daily routine through this new system.
