摘要
介绍了面向汽车制造业的清洗技术及清洗机国内外发展现状,分析了我国清洗机在技术上的差距与不足。经过剖析清洗机的典型结构,说明了清洗机各系统的作用及其实现方式。针对目前我国在清洗机领域存在的问题,从清洗机的模块化设计技术、高压清洗技术、柔性清洗技术、超声波清洗技术等四个方面对当前先进清洗机的关键技术进行了探讨。最后,对清洗机的未来发展趋势及市场前景做出了预测。
In this paper, the actual development of cleaning technique and cleaning machine for automobile manufacturing is introduced. The domestic cleaning machine＇s disadvantages in technique are pointed out. By analyzing it＇ s typical structure, the functions and modes of each system are explained. And the key techniques of cleaning machine are discussed, including the modular design technology, the high pressure cleaning technology, flexible cleaning technology and ultrasonic cleaning technology. Finally, the future trend of cleaning machine is forecasted.
