基于新一代产品几何量技术规范的装配体测量方案规划及后置处理 被引量:2

摘要 为实现测量流程的定制及测量数据的自动化处理,提出了一种基于新一代产品几何量技术规范(GPS)的测量方法。该方法利用测量不确定度管理程序(PUMA)规划测量方案,基于新一代GPS对测量数据进行后置处理,使用有序树表达操作算子的操作流程,采用流程自动化驱动算法实现测试流程的自动化定制,通过操作算子库提供算法支持。该方法应用于某精密装配体的测量过程,实现了测量方案的优化、测量流程的定制及测量数据的自动化处理。 To make measure process customizing and measure data automatically processing, a measure method based on GPS was proposed. In the method, measure project programming with PUMA, measure data postpositively processing based on New Generation GPS, process of arithmetic operators represented by Ordered Trees, automatic customization of measure process with automatization driving algorithm, and arithmetic operators library supporting for the algorithm are all carried out. In addition, the method applied in some accurate assembly measurement have carried out optimization of measure project, customization of measure processing and automation of measure data processing.
