摘要
文章提出一种基于EPA实时以太网标准,采用数字信号处理器(DSP)、大规模可编程门阵列(CPLD)、智能化功率模块(IPM)器件,以转子磁场定向矢量控制及电压空间矢量(SVPWM)技术为核心控制算法的高性能、功能完善的、全数字的永磁同步电机(PMSM)交流伺服系统的设计方法。对样机进行联机实验,结果表明,本设计实时性好,精确度高,达到了工业要求。
A PMSM digital servo system based on DSP TMS320LF2407.CPLD and IPM is introduced in this paper. Field-oriented Control (FOC) method and Voltage Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation method are used in the system to improve the performance. A Ethemet-interface is designed to adapt the system to EPA (Ethemet for Plant Automation) use. The Experimental result verifies that the fast responding and accuracy meet the industrial needs.
