摘要
下料优化下料软件是应用于铁塔制造企业中计算角钢下料长度的计算机软件。文章介绍作者开发的智能铁塔下料优化系统软件的模块构成及工作原理。该软件具备数据输入、材料编辑、优化计算、结果输出等功能。软件界面友好,操作简便。软件采用的优化算法既保证了材料的利用率,又兼顾实际下料的工艺约束条件。该软件已在多家企业应用。
The Optimum Cutting Software （OCS） is used by manufacturers of iron tower to calculate the length of angle iron to cut. The modules and principle of our own OCS is described in this paper. Our software has many functions including data input, material edit, optimization calculation, results output, etc. It has a friendly interface and simple operation. Its arithmetic can both improve material use rate and meet the process restrictions. The software has been applied in a number of factories.
