摘要
对三维装配工艺规划关键技术和解决方案进行了研究,包括:层次模型和关系模型相结合的产品装配信息建模、基于仿真拆卸的装配工艺规划及装配工艺文件自动生成等问题,并基于CATIA平台开发出装配工艺规划原型系统,实现了交互式装配序列、路径规划,生成了装配工艺文件,验证了技术的可行性。
The key techniques and solutions of Three-dimensional assembly process planning are studied in this paper, including: product assembly information modeling on hierarchical and relational models, assembly process planning based on demolition simulations and assembly process charts autogeneration. An assembly process planning prototype system based on CATIA platform is developed, actualizes the interactive planning of assembly sequence and route, produces the assembly process charts, which indicate that the key techniques are feasible.
