制浆黑液制备铬鞣剂的研究

Study on Chrome Tanning Agent Preparation with Black Liquor

利用未经任何处理的制浆蒸煮造纸黑液制备铬鞣剂,并进行鞣制试验,选出最佳制备工艺,并采用红外光谱法对黑液中木质素的结构变化进行分析。从鞣制效果、制备铬鞣剂的经济效益、环境效益等方面进行分析,得出利用黑液制备铬鞣剂是可行的。

The black liquor coming from alkaline pulping and without any disposal was utilized to prepare chrome tanning agent. The above tanning agent was used in leather making process and the optimal technology was obtained. The changing structure of lignin in black liquor was analyzed with IR. The tanning effect, economic benefit of making the tanning agent, benefit to environment were analyzed. It shows that chrome tanning agent preparation with black liquor is feasible.
