摘要
目的考察氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星与9种输液配伍的稳定性。方法将2种药物与9种输液模拟临床用药浓度分别配伍,采用高效液相色谱法分别测定0,1,2,4,6和8h的药物含量,同时观察其外观变化,并测定pH值及不溶性微粒数目。结果2种药物与9种输液配伍的供试品溶液在8h内性状稳定,不溶性微粒数目符合药典规定,pH值和药物含量均无明显变化。结论2种药物与9种输液配伍的供试品溶液在8h内稳定。
Objective To observe the stability of ofloxacin and levofloxacin in 9 kinds of injections. Methods The contents ofloxacin and levofloxacin in 9 kinds of injections were determined by RP-HPLC. The color and clarity of injections were also assessed. The insoluble particles and pH were also measured. Results There were no or few changes in the appearance, pH, and contents of solutions. The number of insoluble particles were less than the limit standard in ClaP( 2005 ). Conclusions The ofloxacin and levofloxacin in 9 injections were stable with in 8 h.
