“双导师制”在应用型人才培养中的探索与实践——以嘉兴学院财会本科专业为例

Exploration and Practice of the "Dual Tutorial System" in the Cultivation of Application-oriented Talents——Taking the Undergraduate Major of Finance and Accounting in Jiaxing University as an Example

应用型人才的培养目标是应用能力的提高,从校内情境模拟实验到校外的社会实践,均从不同角度为应用能力的培养提供了途径。在讨论本科应用型人才培养目标定位的基础上,提出"双导师制"创新模式与实施方案,强调利用校外导师资源,实现高校与社会的零距离培养,满足用人单位降低培养成本、缩短岗位适应期限的要求。

The ability of application is the target of application type talents - training. From experiment on simulation of circumstances in school to social practice out of school, there are so many ways for the cultivation of appliedability. Based on the discussion of the target of training practical talents in undergraduates, this article suggests an innovative system called ＂dual tutorial system＂ and the implementary program of the system, the emphasis of which lies in making use of the resources outside school, realizing zero distance cultivation between colleges and society, satisfying the request by the work unit to reduce the training cost and shorten the post -adapting time.
