An Exploration about the Using of ISO9000 in University's Teaching Process Supervisory System

针对目前高校教学过程监控体系中存在的问题,探讨了ISO9000质量管理标准在高校教学质量管理中的应用,并提出了ISO9000在高校教学管理中的操作方案:全面构建高校教学质量监控体系及其再循环;设置相应的职能机构;完善教学质量管理规章制度并制定管理目标;强调全面质量观,发挥体系内每个人的主观能动作用。

As there exist some problems in university teaching supervisory system now, here we focus on how to apply the ISO9000 standard and quality guarantee system to the realm of university management. First we discuss the function and application of ISO9000 in the university＇s teaching quality supervisory system management. Second one is the manner of setting relevant function structure and its circulation, including how to set function department, how to perfect the regulation of teaching quality management and establish the goal. The last one is to enhance the notion of total quality and arouse the desire of each people in the system.
