隐性德育课程在高职大学生德育工作中发挥着重要的作用,该文阐述了德育隐性课程的基本内涵、主要特征和建设的必要性,并在此基础上对如何加强高职院校隐性德育课程建设提出建议。

The course of Recessive Moral Education plays a very important role in students＇ moral education in higher vocational and technical colleges. This paper deals with the basic contents of the course, its characteristics and necessities of construction, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen such a course in higher technical and vocational colleges.
