摘要 动态影响矢量法是一种确定长轴类回转构件不平衡量的简捷而有效的方法。其基本原理是将回转构件的未知不平衡量等效地转换在两个已知平面上,利用轴承座的振动V(10)和V(20)与该等效不平衡量U1和U2之间的关系式V(10)=R(11)U1+R(12)U2V(20)=R(21)U1+R(22)U2通过几次试验确定出动态影响矢量R(ij),从而求出该回转构件的等效不平衡量大小和方向。此法的最大特点是把刀辊动平衡问题转化成其轴承座振动的测试,因而动平衡工作可直接在生产现场进行,也不必撤卸刀辊。 An effective and simple balancing procedure which may be used to determine unbalancesin an elongated rigid rotor, such as a bladed cylinder of a shaving machine, is the dynamicinfluence vector method, in which the equivalent unbalances, U1 and U2 on two rectifyingplanes of the bladed cylinder can be located according to the following equationsV(10) = R(10)U1 + R(12)U2V(20) = R(21)U1 + R(22)U2by measuring the vibrating vectors, V10 and V20, at the two bearings of the cylinder and determining the dynamic influence vectors Rij. With this procedure, a bladed cylinder that willbe balanced has not to be removed from the machine so that the balancing procedure can be done in worksite.
