摘要
研磨方法在固相有机合成中的应用研究近二三十年来发展非常迅速,它比传统的有机合成方法更方便和易于操作,在研磨条件下许多传统的反应可以在较温和的条件下进行,或者提高收率、或者缩短反应时间,甚至可以引起某些在传统条件下不能进行的反应。本文主要综述了近年来研磨法应用于固相有机合成中的一些新进展。
The grinding method develops in solid phase organic synthesis's applied research near 20 - 30 years is rapid,it is more convenient than the traditional organic synthesis method and the simplify operation,may carry on the attrition condition next many tradition's response under the temperate condition,or enhancement receiving rate, or reduction reaction time, even may cause certain the response which cannot carry on under the traditional condition. This article mainly summarized the recent years grinding method to apply in the solid phase organic synthesis some new progress.
