摘要
以经过热处理的生姜不定芽为外植体。研究结果表明,0.1%升汞灭菌8 min,以MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L为茎尖诱导分化培养基,成活率76%,以MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L为生姜最适继代培养基,增殖倍数为4.7倍,生根培养基MS+NAA0.2mg/L中,生根率100%,相应蛭石+泥炭基质中,移栽成活率在95%以上。
Using the axilla bud of Moziebuster as explant, destroyed the bacterium with 0.1% Hg, the inducement of 1/2MS is 58.3%, in the multiplication substrate of MS + BA0.2 + NAA0.05, the multiple is 10.04, in the rhizogenesis substrate of 1/2MS + IBA0.05 (liquid), the rhizogenesis is 100% , in vermiculite & turf, the survive rate of transplant is above 95 % .
