摘要 以钛酸丁酯为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2,并通过往釉料中掺入纳米TiO2的方式制成抗菌、自清洁陶瓷。考察了醋酸量、水量对凝胶时间的影响以及TiO2的加入量、掺杂Ag的TiO2的加入量、烧成温度等因素对抗菌、自清洁陶瓷制品的抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,制备纳米TiO2的最佳方案为:在室温、pH为2-3、反应物体积配比为:钛酸丁酯:无水乙醇:水:冰醋酸=5∶20∶1∶1,实验所制得的纳米TiO2为锐钛矿晶型,晶粒尺寸为11-17nm。制备纳米TiO2抗菌、自清洁低温陶瓷的最佳方案为:烧成温度900℃、m釉料:mTiO2=100∶5.34时抗菌效果显著。同时,适当的掺杂一定量的Ag有助于提高抗菌性能。 In this paper, we prepared nanomcter TiO2 with Ti(OC4H9)4 through sol- gel method.Some factors that effect on the gelatin time such as the quantity of acetic acid and water were discussed. It debated the factors that effect on the performance of the antibacterial, and auto clean ceramic such as the quantity of TiO2, the quantity of Ag + doped TiO2, bake temperature. The results indicated that the optimal technological conditions for preparing nanometer TiO2 is room temperature, the pH is 2 - 3, the reactant allocated proportion is VTi( OC4H9)4 : VC2H5 ( OH ) : VH2O : VHAc = 5 : 20: 1 : 1, the nanometer TiO2 as prepared is anatase, which size is about 11 - 17 nm. The optimal technological conditions for preparing the antiseptic ceramic are that bake temperature is 900℃, m釉料 : mTiO2 = 100:5.34, the antibacterial effect is remarkable. At the same time, suitable doping Ag + is helpful in raising the photochemical catalysis speed and the antibacterial performance.
