摘要
采用超声波辅助对蟛蜞菊叶、茎中的黄酮类化合物进行提取,在单因素试验的基础上用正交实验进行工艺参数的优化。结果表明,蟛蜞菊叶最佳提取工艺为:用蟛蜞菊叶质量60倍的40%乙醇进行超声波强化处理25min,在80℃恒温1h,黄酮提取率为2.73%;蟛蜞菊茎的最佳提取工艺为:用蟛蜞菊茎质量60倍的60%乙醇进行超声波强化处理25min,在80℃恒温1h,提取率为1.65%。实验平均回收率为101.2%。
With the assistance of ultrasonic,pick up the flavonoid from the leaves and stems of Wedelia chinensis (Osb.) Mere Use the orthoaonal experiment to optimize the craft parameter on the base of the single factor experiment. The result indicated that, the best extracting craft of the leaves is:40% grain alcohol with 60 times of the leaves' weight,processed by ultrasonic for 25 min, 80 ℃ constant temperature for 1 hour. And the rate of extraction is 2.73 %. But for the 60 % grain alcohol, it is the same to extract from the stems. And the rate of extraction is 1.65 %. The experimental average returns - ratio is 101.2%, which explained that this experiment has high veracity. For the high content of flavonoid in it, Wedelia chinensis (Osb.) Merr is a kind of medical plant waited to be opened out.
