摘要
以钼酸铵分光光度法测定杨桃中磷的含量,以火焰原子吸收法测定其中钙与铁的含量,实验结果为:杨桃中磷的含量为39.70mg/100g,钙的含量为1.476mg/100g,铁的含量为0.672mg/100g,钙铁磷的回收率在96.3%~102.4%范围内。
The contents of Phosphorus in the carambola were determined byspectroghotometry with ammonium molybdate, and ones of Calcium, Iron in it weredetermined by FAAS, The content are 39.70mg/100g for phosphorus, 0.672mg/100g foriron, 1.476mg/ 100g for calcium.and the recoveries are in the range of 96.3% - 102.4%
